At Veterans Come First we have dedicated staff who provide individualized career and training-related services to veterans and eligible persons with significant barriers to employment. We provide case management to remove these barriers to help veterans become job-ready and find gainful employment.

VCF assists individuals with disabilities to build viable careers and live independently in their community. The number of service disabled veterans has increased over the years.
Our program provides a variety of services including career guidance and counseling, job search and interview skills training, independent living skills, on the job training, employment preparation, assistive technology, and other services.
We prepare veterans with non severe mental health issues and transitioning service members for careers to meet the strong demand for their skillset.

Our focus is on two key groups: America’s veterans who are transitioning from military to civilian careers and American employers who are looking for skilled, highly trained, professional men and women.
