At Veterans Come First, we provide experienced caregivers or residential counselors to meet our clients daily needs and caring. We provide personnel to hospitals, group homes, assisted living nursing homes, doctors’ offices, laboratory and anywhere healthcare staff is needed. Our caregivers pass in-depth screening, license verification, and background checks, and receive best training that makes them difference.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES (LPN)

At Veterans Come First, our experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) cares for their client's health for optimum quick recovery. Our Nurses are committed to the highest standard of integrity, quality and reliability.

CERTIFIED MEDICATION TECHNICIANS (CMT)

At Veterans Come First, we train our Medication Technician with the skills needed to perform their responsibilities of caring for the patients and provide Medication Administration for our clients in Group Homes, Nursing Homes, and Hospitals.

PHLEBOTOMIST TECHNICIANS

At Veterans Come First, we provide hospitals and nursing homes our experienced and competent Phlebotomist Technicians to collect blood samples from patients using correct bottles without any syncope.

CNA/GNA At Veterans Come First, we provide experienced Certifies Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA). In addition, we provide Medical Assistants, Surgical Technician, Pharmacy Technician , Registered Respiratory Therapist ,Certified Occupational, MRI Tech, Xray Techician , Social worker and Ultrasound Tech, Medical Receptionist, Therapist, and Patient Care Technician.

REGISTERED NURSES (RN)

At Veterans Come First, we provide experience Registered Nurses (RN) who are competent, compassion, and experienced to provide good health promotions and maintain thoroughly assessment, diagnosis and timely treatment of acute and chronic medical diseases.

Veteran Resources

At Veterans Come First we have dedicated staff who provide individualized career and training-related services to veterans and eligible persons with significant barriers to employment. We provide case management to remove these barriers to help veterans become job-ready and find gainful employment.

Veterans may also schedule a virtual appointment through the online appointment scheduler to receive general employment services.

Under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), veterans may qualify for:

Tutoring, study skills training and instruction leading to completion of secondary school

Paid and unpaid work experience (such as internships, apprenticeships or job shadowing)

Veterans With Disability

VCF assists individuals with disabilities to build viable careers and live independently in their community. The number of service disabled veterans has increased over the years.

Our program provides a variety of services including career guidance and counseling, job search and interview skills training, independent living skills, on the job training, employment preparation, assistive technology, and other services.

We prepare veterans with non severe mental health issues and transitioning service members for careers to meet the strong demand for their skillset.

Veterans Come First employment and housing support is a 501 c 3 non profit that provides nationwide job placement services for America’s veterans with non server mental health issues. Our focus is on two key groups: America’s veterans who are transitioning from military to civilian careers and American employers who are looking for skilled, highly trained, professional men and women.

It can be a challenge transitioning from a military to a civilian career, but with our expertise in jobs for veterans and in understanding the needs of corporate America, we are able to serve the needs of everyone involved.
